HELLASCO Profile     The Hellenic Association of Consult-ing Firms (HELLASCO) is a non-profit organisation that represents consulting firms based in Greece, which are mainly involved in the provision of services for engineering or infrastructure projects in Greece, or abroad.

HELLASCO encompasses approximately 210 member firms with an annual turnover of Euro 120 million. HELLASCO’s member firms cover the entire range of consulting services (designs, consultant services, etc) in every engineering sector. Moreover, all member firms have agreed to the Association’s Code of Conduct. HELLASCO’s Board of Directors, which consists of nine full and two associate members, is elected every two years, and is mainly responsible for the administration and promotion of business matters that concern its members. HELLASCO’s past BoD Presidents were Mr Yiannis Stavrakas (1982-1985), Mr Vassilios Vavaroutas (1986-87), Mr Grigorios Drettas (1988-1991, and 1996-97), Mr Dimitrios Fessas (1992-1993), Mr Constantinos Tzanos (1994-1995), Mr Panayiotis Panagopoulos (1998-2001), Mr Charalambos Mylonas (2002-2003), Mr Panayiotis Antonaropoulos (2004-2007). Present BoD President is Mr Petros Petrakopoulos. The General Assembly, which is called at least every December, is the governing body of the Association.
